Our 20,000 sq/ft precision sheet metal and light-structural manufacturing facility offers customers a wide range of fabrication capabilities. In addition, our established network of industry contacts allows us to meet a full range of manufacturing requirements well beyond our in-house capabilities.

Design, Project Management & Software

Our design, manufacturing,  and project management manufacturing expertise allows us to offer seamless manufacture from customer-provided electronic files or to assist the customer from concept to finished product.

Custom Metal uses a full manufacturing ERP platform, and has implemented numerous lean manufacturing practices to continuously improve the value and quality for our customers. Our software capabilities include:

• Autocad – 2D drafting

• Offline programming

Experience

Custom Metal is a team of skilled metal craftsmen with an average of over 15 years of employment with the company. The CMM team uses this experience on a daily basis, along with their training in Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Management practices to provide customers with the right parts, on time and without defects.

Noise Enclosure

  • Built to reduce decibel level to a safe 85 DBA. Required cosmetic appearance for completed-project look.
  • Enclosures are a series of acoustical foam-lined panels that are designed to allow any one panel to be removed for maintenance access.
  • Construction can be aluminum or stainless steel with the option of various heat rated acoustical foams.
  • Optional custom-sized louver to afford specific air flow through the units.
